A personal operating system

One calm place for your money, training, habits, journal and creative work.

Capture anything from one command bar. Every module talks to the same timeline. Your data stays yours.

The command bar

Type it the way you would say it.

Press Ctrl K, or tap plus on your phone. You see what will happen before anything is saved, and every capture has Undo.

  • spent $12 lunch

    Finance

An expense of $12.00 at Lunch, filed under today.

  • bench 3x5 185

    Fitness

Three sets of five at 185, added to today’s workout.

  • done read

    Habits

  • idea: desk tour

    Content

A new idea at the start of your board.

Five modules, live today

Each one does a small job properly.

Turn on the ones you want. Each has its own colour, and each writes to the same timeline.

Finance

Know where you stand, and what is still coming.

  • Net worth across accounts, gold, silver and property, in your home currency.
  • Monthly budgets by category that count the bills still due.
  • Recurring bills that ask before they post, and a chart of where the money went.

Fitness

A logger that remembers last time.

  • Last session’s weight and reps beside every set, with a rest timer.
  • Records and estimated one-rep max for every lift, with a chart.
  • Weigh-ins with a smoothed trend line, and cardio logged in one line.

Content

From idea to published, one stage at a time.

  • A five-stage board: Idea, Scripted, Filmed, Edited, Published.
  • A Studio for angles, hooks and a script, with AI or your own chatbot.
  • Footage plans that turn one shoot into several videos.

Habits

Small things, kept in view.

  • Build habits with a weekly target, and avoid habits with a clean-days count.
  • Streaks, completion rates and a year heatmap for each habit.
  • Habits that tick themselves from your workouts and weigh-ins.

Journal

A private page for each day.

  • Write today’s entry from Today, with every edit undoable.
  • Mood check-ins on a grid of energy and pleasantness, then a word.
  • A year of moods in pixels, and On This Day to look back.

Built to be private

Your life is not our data.

No ads, no trackers, no analytics. The full list of what is stored, and where, is in plain English on the privacy page.

  • Protected in the database

Every row is guarded by row-level security, so the database itself decides who can read it. Fitness, Content, Habits and Journal are yours alone; only Finance is shared with a household partner.

  • Sensitive data stays off free AI

Money, body and journal data never go to a free AI model. Where AI helps, you can copy the prompt and use your own chatbot.

  • Recording mode

One switch blurs amounts, bodies and names, so you can film your screen without sharing your life.

  • Yours to take or delete

Export everything as JSON or CSV. Delete any item, or start a module over, whenever you like.

Installable

On your phone, on your desktop.

Life OS is a web app you can add to your home screen or install on your computer. It opens like any other app, with a dock on your phone and a side rail on your desktop.

Coming next

Planned, not built yet.

  • Focus timerWork sessions with a big, calm clock.
  • Life AdminDocuments and renewals, so nothing lapses.
  • Claude connectionLet Claude read and write your data, only if you ask.

See it with someone else’s week in it.
